The same characteristics which make waste tyres a waste problem also make them one of the most re-used waste materials. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Recycled tyre chips can be used for TDF (Tyre Derived Fuel) which is a fuel used for heat plants and cement ovens or for equestrian (i.e. rubber mixed with sand or sawdust used in the horse industry as ground in the stable or at the tracks). <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Rubber granulate is reused in e.g. sports fields, artificial turfs, rubber mats and moulded products.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p> Rubber powder can be reused in rubber paved asphalt. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The recovered steel can be smelted and reused just like non-recovered steel. Finally, the liberated textile has a very high effective burning value and can therefore be mixed with other materials in order to increase that material\u2019s effective burning value.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>we have\u00a0<em>tyre recycling<\/em>\u00a0solutions for processing of all types of tyres; whole car and truck tyres including mining tyre, super singles, earth mover tyres, OTR etc. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The capacity of the systems range from 1.500-8.000 kg\/production hour. The system is &#8220;multi-size\u201d which means that the size of rubber granulate easily can be changed by merely altering the screen combination.
