MUNICIPAL SOLID WASTE (MSW) RECYCLING

During recent year it has become increasingly evident that an alternative energy sources has to be explored. RDF (Residual Derived Fuel) uses the energy content of the traditional household waste in order to substitute fuel. The production of RDF is the optimum solution both environmentally and economically. To optimize the process, it is important to reduce the waste volume into a homogeneous fraction size of e.g. <50 mm.

The Recycling System is designed for size reduction of MSW (Municipal Solid Waste) such as plastic wrappings, plastic films, paper, madresses, carpets etc. System capacities range from 5,000-15,000 kg/production hr.
